FordCards welcomes wholesale inquiries from retailers, resellers, and businesses interested in purchasing products in larger quantities. This policy explains how wholesale inquiries, pricing, orders, payments, and shipping are handled.
1. Wholesale Inquiries
Businesses interested in wholesale purchasing should contact our team by email with details about the products they are interested in and the quantities they wish to purchase.
Please include your business name, contact information, requested products, estimated order quantities, and intended delivery location.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee wholesale approval, availability, or special pricing.
2. Wholesale Eligibility
Wholesale opportunities are reviewed individually. We may request additional business information, such as a business name, resale documentation, or other details reasonably necessary to evaluate an inquiry.
Wholesale purchasing is subject to our approval and any applicable legal requirements.
3. Wholesale Pricing

Standard retail prices apply unless a wholesale price has been confirmed in writing.
4. Minimum Order Quantities

5. Order Placement and Acceptance

Product availability and fulfillment timelines will be confirmed when the order is reviewed.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon before a wholesale order is finalized.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be completed using an accepted payment method before the order is processed.
Any deposits, installment arrangements, or credit terms must be approved in writing by FordCards.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Wholesale orders are currently available for delivery within the United States only.
Shipping costs, handling times, delivery estimates, and any special shipping arrangements will be communicated during the quotation or ordering process. Delivery estimates may vary depending on order size, product availability, carrier operations, and destination.
Wholesale orders may have different fulfillment arrangements from standard retail orders.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Customers should contact us before returning wholesale merchandise to receive instructions.

Unless separately agreed in writing, wholesale purchasing does not grant permission to use FordCards trademarks, branding, or copyrighted materials.
